NOF Insurance Fund
The Insurance Fund, abbreviated IF, is a separate wallet in NOF's SAP system. The IF employs an algorithm that underpins the Rebase Rewards and is funded by a portion of the buy and sell trading fees accumulated in the IF wallet. Simply put, the IF parameter backs the staking rewards (rebase rewards) that are distributed every 15 minutes at a rate of 0.02629%, ensuring a high and stable interest rate to $NOF token holders. The Insurance Fund holds 4% of all buys and 4% of all sells, which helps to sustain and back the staking rewards provided by the positive rebase.
